Full Job Description

Roasted Media LLC is seeking a full-time Strategic Account Specialist to manage and retain Roasted Media LLC client relationships and help our clients reach their marketing goals.

Job Responsibilities

  • Develop a trusted advisor relationship with Roasted Media LLC clients
  • Effectively manage Roasted Media LLC client relationships
  • Drive and develop client strategy, including annual marketing plans and budget, and support market research, branding, and execution of client marketing initiatives
  • Ensure that clients’ strategic direction is kept on-point across all projects
  • Identifying new business leads and contacting prospective clients to promote Roasted Media LLC services.
  • Work with Project Manager and internal teams on the execution of all marketing tactics including, but not limited to, web/digital, communications, etc.
  • Understand and keep up to date with industry and competitive landscape knowledge


  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, advertising, or a similar area of study
  • 3-5 plus years’ experience in service-based, business-to-business marketing

Desired Qualifications

  • Is proactive, dependable, professional, personable, and organized
  • Strong customer service with excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Prior agency or marketing experience is a plus
  • Experience developing and executing an integrated marketing strategy – ability to think creatively and execute strategically
